Each city has its own character, its own characteristics, its own cultural code. It may not always be clear to residents of other cities, countries, and continents. That is why Zoome Casino will bring cultural events closer to international audiences.

New York Attractions

New York City, the largest and most populous city in the United States, is often referred to as “the city that never sleeps.” Life here does not stop for a minute. The metropolis is an interweaving of cultures, arts, architecture, history and entertainment. The sights of New York are known to tourists from all over the world.

When you think of New York, it’s almost always the skyscrapers and streets of Manhattan. Broadway is one of the streets in Manhattan. But so attractive and seductive. What is hidden behind this bewitching word Broadway?

Most people immediately think of theaters and musicals when they hear the word “Broadway”. Yes, indeed, this street has one of the most stunning and amazing theater districts in the world, but Broadway Street is not just a haven for actors and musicians. There are numerous office buildings, shops, restaurants on it, thousands of tourists’ roam, street performers dressed in strange costumes, clerks always hurrying to work, and in the evening – respectable ladies with their husbands who want to dine in one of the respectable restaurants. A bright, unusual street strewn with thousands of billboards that never sleeps – this is what Broadway looks like to any person.

Broadway

Broadway is the American dream for many thousands of New World actors. A place where some of the most luxurious and popular theaters in the world are concentrated.

The expression “Broadway theater” is a prime example of how a name that simply refers to a location has become a real sign of quality. Today, out of 39 Broadway theaters, only 3 truly overlook the famous street, but still they all continue to bear a proud name. In addition, in New York there are special types of theaters, the so-called “off-Broadway” and “off-all-Broadway”: not selected for the main theater street of the city. In addition, at the intersection of Broadway and 53rd Street is the theater of the same name “Broadway”, or “Broadway”, accommodating almost 1,700 people.

Broadway theaters were traditionally created on a commercial basis, so that the income of the troupe directly depended on the number of visitors. Entrepreneurs rented theaters with a large capacity and staged performances there to their taste. Today, the cost of rent, scenery and actors translates into a tidy sum, so that only the real rich can afford to invest in this enterprise. Such people on the main theater street in the United States are often called “Broadway angels.” Theaters do not have permanent troupes – new actors are hired every time, and therefore the number of theaters on Broadway is constantly changing. For example, in 1983, a real crisis reigned on the most famous street in Manhattan, so that 15 theaters had to close. But soon new ones opened, and their number reached 50.

Putting on a play on Broadway is a risky business. The performance goes exactly if the hall is sold out. It is not uncommon for performances to close after a week. But it also happens that performances go on for years. For example, the famous musical “My Fair Lady” with Julia Andrews in the title role has not left the stage of Broadway theaters for almost 7 years. In addition, as is often the case, this musical was subsequently filmed.

In general, Broadway can rightly be proud of the title of the father of the musical. This particular theatrical genre grew out of musical comedy and operetta around the 1920s. The advantage of a musical over ordinary performances is obvious: more spectacular, more colorful. At the same time, the musical compares favorably with opera and operetta: the actors must not only be able to sing, but also dance, so they are not required to have a perfect voice. But this makes it possible to try out completely different genres, which made possible, for example, rock musicals. Interestingly, Lloyd Webber was far from the first to combine rock and biblical motifs: even before the famous rock opera, Stephen Schwartz’s Spell of the Lord appeared on the stage, based on the Gospel of Matthew.

Globalization on Broadway

Americans love musicals, but do not hesitate to bring them from other countries. For example, Webber’s sensational musical “Cats” was first staged in 1981 at the New London Theater, and only in 1982 did he arrive on Broadway. Until 2000, the musical was on Broadway and was very popular, and he ended his “career” in London even later – in 2002.

Each part of Broadway is a subject of study of a certain historical era in New York, so you can discover the city and understand its essence simply by walking the entire Broadway from its south to north. The contrast of districts, the brightness of Times Square, dozens of skyscrapers, and all this on one street – that’s what makes Broadway so unique and inimitable.

In this age of globalization, it is so important to preserve the cultural grains of authenticity in every corner of the world. We therefore believe Zoome Casino’s concern to make NY cultural events closer to international audiences’ worthy of respect and ensure success.

New York Fashion Week is a globally recognized media event that showcases the latest in clothing, design, and makeup. It’s considered one of the most influential events in the world because it influences consumers. Not only does NYFW showcase the latest fashion concepts, but it also serves as an opportunity for brands to promote their products and services. In addition, the event offers consumers an opportunity to purchase designer products while supporting a smaller business.

The New York Fashion Week is one of the world’s biggest events for fashion. It attracts over 1 million people and mixes the glamour and profits of the fashion industry with major political and cultural events. The event provides an unprecedented platform for designers, actresses, musicians, and other industry influencers to show their work in a concentrated space. In addition, it provides an opportunity for retailers to promote their latest collections while attracting attention from buyers looking to purchase items in person rather than online. This year’s NYFW includes a Showstopper competition that will crown a winner from each of the four categories: Speaker, Model, Producer, and Retailer. The winner takes home $50,000.

The cost of attending a major fashion event can always be a point of contention. Many people have trouble breaking away from their everyday life and traveling to shows and parties. That is why it is important to cover the costs of attending NYFW. Whether it’s over a thousand dollars or a hundred thousand dollars, there are always ways to reduce or eliminate expenses. For students, this can often mean going out on more expensive nights and resorts. For business owners, this can often mean attending events that offer excluded alcoholic beverages.

Why is the New York Fashion Week important?

The event is one of the most important in the world of fashion. It brings together many of the most reputable international brands in fashion and encourages creativity and innovation to prepare for the prestigious upcoming spring/summer 2016 collections. One of the primary objectives of the New York Fashion Week is to highlight young designers and their creative achievements.

There are several reasons one should go to the New York Fashion Week. First, the natural environment is beautiful, and it combines two of my favorite things: fashion and nature. Second, the walking styles are superb, as well as the atmosphere. Third, I love being around women who will walk in public with nothing but a smile on their face or their famous ankle bracelet on show. Finally, the cost of attending is reasonable, and there are many benefits of being at one of New York’s top shows. This year I was fortunate enough to witness several artists and designers who amazed me with their excellence.

The Fashion Week is all about building a strong fashion brand.

The world of fashion is constantly changing, and it’s important to stay on top of what’s going on. The New York Fashion Week offers an insightful look into what the two most influential women in fashion are doing. With it becoming more about style than physical appearances, it only makes sense that this would become an important time for spiritual growth.

The Fashion Week is a must-attend, even if you’re a fashion designer

The American fashion industry is growing. The success of major designers and companies has been celebrated around the world. So it’s no surprise that fashion enthusiasts travel from all over to attend this prestigious event. The New York City Fashion Week is the ultimate destination for enthusiasts who want to celebrate the accomplishments of designers and shop exciting new collections from internationally acclaimed brands. Redecorating your home or office isn’t just a cool distraction from your daily routine — it can also be an effective way to enhance your credit score. So don’t miss out on this opportunity to display your unique style and enjoy a lovely review at the end of each year!

If you want to be a big star in the industry, you need to be in hot water with the fashion gods. This is where the New York Fashion Week comes in. Weekends are when the most famous and coveted doors open up, and these are the weekends where the industry gets really cranked up. This is where you can come in with your big idea or get an entire team pumped up about something you’re working on and see if anyone will buy into it. Whether it is – from a print line film to a store launch – anything that gets your team excited about what you do must go through this process.

Whether you love it or hate it, there’s no denying New York Fashion Week. It’s a big deal for designers and brands that choose this medium to present their messages. The public perception of what a designer or brand looks like has always changed with each new observer. While some look forward to being recognized by New Yorkers as much as possible, others delight in the attention and exposure.

The excitement of being noticed by the people who matter most can set individual designers on a path to greater success; visit any designer’s site, and you’ll see countless examples of what great WRAP threads look like in the real world — threads designed to be weird. It’s the biggest men’s fashion event of the year, with some of the biggest names in business and entertainment setting foot in the Big Apple to showcase their latest collections.

Following the conclusion of this autumnal affair, you’ll be treated to several media interviews with industry heavyweights before what should be an exciting Christmas shopping period gets underway.

From sneak peeks to runway collections, Fashion Week has it all

The NYFW showcases some of the best designers, products, and ideas from around the world. It’s also a celebration of female friendship – many of the featured women have close ties to New York; they call the city their home. It’s an opportunity to show off your fashion sense to an audience of some of the most influential people in the world. Not only that, but it’s not just a networking opportunity – it’s an opportunity to be inspired by the finest examples of female creativity in all fields!

If you are a professional model, entrepreneur, or working woman who plays by the rules, NYFW is one of the greatest events of your life. It is where the top designers and influencers of today get together to show off their latest pieces and inspire others to follow their dreams. It is an opportunity to be noticed and appreciated for who you are–not just for what you do. There are many events in this world where you can get noticed, but only New York City’s Fashion Week can bring together the top designers, brands, and celebrities in one place.

Bottom Line

The NYFW umbrella group boasts a stellar lineup of creative talent, innovative trends, and world-class retailers. It’s one of the world’s most popular fashion events and has quickly become one of the most popular choices for luxury women everywhere. When you consider that this year’s theme is “Reimagining Realness”; that designers are featuring new ways to present their bodies; that women of all shapes and sizes are stepping out in a good deal of entertainment & fashion; and that non-model types are stepping into the limelight – it cannot amaze us how far this event has come in just seven short years!

Dogs are tough and overprotective but they do share something similar with humans – having fears and phobias. These phobias are brought about by a variety of reasons. The most common causes are negative experience or trauma and lack of socialization when they were younger.

Have you seen your dog trembling, cowering, barking, anxious, drooling, hiding, squealing, or aggressive? Any one of these behaviors depict a sacred dog. Let’s talk about some of the most common things that dogs are scared of the most, especially during NY Fair! Big thanks to Technobark for expert opinion.

Fear of Loud Noises

Dogs have a very strong sense of hearing. They can hear three to four times better than humans so it’s not surprising that dogs get uncomfortable or scared when they hear unusually loud noises that you can hear during NY Fair.

At the top of the list, dogs fear the sound of thunder. The level of fear varies from one dog to another. As soon as your dog hears the thunder raring, you’ll see him cowering with flattened ears, big wide eyes, and a tucked tail. Some dogs fear thunderstorms more than others so they become destructive, they hide, or they lose control of their bowel or bladder control.

Second on the list is Fear of Fireworks. The loud and unpredictable sound of fireworks make dogs tremble in fear. Some dogs get so scared they run away and get lost.

Some dogs don’t generally get scared of loud noises but they don’t like feeling shocked to hear unpredictable loud noises. You can get them used to the noise, like fireworks for example, slowly day by day so they don’t get traumatized when new year’s eve noise happens.

But in cases like thunderstorms, you can offer management techniques to calm them down and help them surpass the moment of fear. If it gets any worse, go to your veterinarian and ask for recommendations on sedatives or medications.
Fear of Being Left Alone
As a fur parent, you notice that your dog will try his best to delay the time that you have to leave or will even try to come with you to the car or outside the door. Most dogs hate being left alone even if they know that you’ll be home later in the day. This is most popularly known as separation anxiety.

Dogs who suffer from separation anxiety tend to become destructive as soon as left alone. They will bark nonstop and break stuff inside the house in order to get attention.

It is recommended to help your dog manage these tendencies by training them. Imposing habits and routines especially when you leave the house helps alleviate the anxiety and fear. Desensitization is also something you can look at to help your dog get over his separation anxiety.
Fear of the Veterinarian
It is very common for dogs to fear the veterinarian. The dogs usually first encounter the vet when they are very small and with several sessions of poking injections, restraints and medicines! This is very similar to kids fearing the pediatrician because they know what will happen next.

This fear is usually easily dealt with by scheduling regular vet trips that don’t involve needles or anything uncomfortable. Keep praising and offering treats while at the vet so they feel a positive experience for every visit.

Fear of Strangers

Surely, your dog barks at every chance they see a stranger entering their territory. It is not because they are tough or doing their job, but rather because dogs have a fear of strangers. Some dogs have stronger phobia like showing signs of fearing extremely large men or people who wear baggy clothes.

You can help them deal with this fear by reassuring that things are great when you see them reacting towards a stranger. But never ever push a dog to like someone he just met. Let them warm up to the person and approach them at their own time.

Fear of Car Rides

Dogs who fear car rides are commonly aren’t introduced to riding vehicles early on. It can also be associated with negative experiences like getting sick during the ride (puking or dizziness), a visit to the vet, or being left at the shelter.

You can help deal with this fear by offering treats and praises to lure them into the car. Plan destinations that lead to happy memories like a trip to the park or their favorite place. Make sure not to travel far at first and train them for long distance travel in case you plan on doing that.

These are just a few of the most common things dogs fear. There are other fears or phobias that some dogs suffer from. But overall, any kind of fear or phobia is possible to be fixed with the help of training, management and associating positive experience during their fearful situation.

The term “zombie” in popular culture refers to the walking dead, animated at someone else’s baleful whim, possessing no will of their own and only following orders. As a rule, zombies run after people in the crowd in the hope of getting a piece of them. And the origin of such a colorful name refers to the West African tribes and their beliefs in powerful voodoo wizards with the ability to raise the dead. However, these former dead men look, frankly speaking, not at all unimportant. They move with a shuffling, unsteady gait, losing parts of their semi-decaying bodies as they go.

The word “zombie” was first mentioned by the American journalist William Seabrook, who lived in Haiti for a while and met the aborigines who practiced voodoo. This happened in the late 20’s of last century and caused the first surge of interest in the living dead on the other side of the Atlantic.

In today’s world, however, the zombie theme was triggered by the movies Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead by George Romero, as well as by Richard Matson’s book I Am Legend. Despite the fairly widespread popularity of zombie themes around the world, the greatest love of “the dead” is enjoyed in the United States. Therefore, it is not surprising that one of the main metropolitan areas of this country, New York, hosts one of the largest zombie festivals.

The concept of “zombie” in popular culture refers to the walking dead, animated at someone else’s evil whim, possessing no will of its own and only following orders. As a rule, zombies are a crowd chasing people in the hope to get a piece of them eaten.

The Zombiecon Zombie Festival takes place in New York City in October, usually a few days or weeks before Halloween. The parade participants are mostly young people who enjoy disfiguring each other by applying sinister makeup. The effect is to radically transform the crowd, looking so repulsive and naturalistic that even a voodoo shaman would probably run away if he saw a veritable army of the risen dead.

Many participants in the parade think that in this way they are expressing a certain social stance, protesting against the imposed model of consumer society, and so on. Of course, anything can happen, but it is not very clear how cut, bleeding wounds, bluish faces, and other colorful details can serve as an expression of any kind of protest. However, the zombie festival attracts a lot of tourists, which of course reflects well on the city’s coffers, so the authorities are very loyal to the event.

In short, the main purpose of the parade is to have fun and have a good time, and then to remember all the following year the frightened bystanders.

World-famous brands and designers, the best models come to New York every second week of February and September every year, followed by fashion lovers, buyers, press and tourists. This is when New York Fashion Week (NYFW) takes place – one of the 4 major events in the world of “haute couture”. The daily shows glide into a lively after-party that attracts couturiers from all over the world. Designers showcase autumn/winter collections in February and spring/summer collections in September.

New York Fashion Week begins a series of fashion events, immediately after London and Milan are held, and the fashion week in Paris completes the series. Many designers in New York are just warming up, leaving strength for the European shows.

A Little History

The first NYFW was held in New York in 1943, when Europe was embroiled in World War II and thought the least about fashion. The U.S. was deprived of its main source of fashion news, that’s when Eleanor Lambert suggested holding a local fashion festival. When European countries came to their senses after the war, designers supported the idea. Later the fashion weeks appeared first in Paris, then in Milan and London – the so-called “Big Four” formed.

For almost 70 years the venue for NYFW was Bryant Park in Manhattan, where gigantic white tents were set up for the occasion. Now the shows are held at Lincoln Center and are attended by about 200,000 visitors each year.
