Dairy Day - Monday, August 30, 2010
Dairy Day is the State Fair's way of saying thank you to all the dairy farmers that provide us with the state's official beverage, "Milk". Come celebrate with us as we enjoy the day's great activities from the milkshake contest and cheese auction at Chevy Court Pavilion in the morning to the day long Open Class Holstein Show followed by this years milking contest in the Coliseum.

Beef Day - Tuesday, August 31, 2010
Beef Day means "Beef it's what's for dinner!" Follow your nose to the Chevy Court pavilion to watch as local media personalities try their hand at becoming the "Master of the Grill" in the "Sizzlin Steaks" Media grilling Contest in the morning followed by the "Create the Perfect Burger" Consumer Contest where 10 Finalists grill off for judges to determine the "Perfect Burger". And be sure to stop by the Quality Meats Display in the Dairy Products Building where you can pick up your free beef recipes while you watch demonstrations all day by the National Beef Ambassadors.
