The Industrial Exhibit Authority (the Authority) is an independent public authority created by section 1651 of the New York State Public Authorities Law. The Authority is governed by a seven-member board which consists of the Commissioner of the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets; the Director of the NYS Division of Budget (or designee); and five individuals appointed by the Governor.
